excellent stay
bed sun loungers heated pool
the double bed sun loungers were a win for me. you usually have to pay a fortune for them at other hotels. the heated pool also allows you to walk right into it. it.
i found one issue. the hotel is dated. this is evident in some of the fixtures and overall aesthetic.

The hotel boasts a heated pool perfect for a relaxing swim, and i saw double bed sun loungers, providing comfortable seating . The location is close to many amenities.

the buffet food in taverna is select but amazing!!! unlike at other hotels. the hotel offers multiple dining options. this allows you to select from many restaurants.

fresh fruit private beach
The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of juices and fresh fruit. chefs prepared omelets to order each morning. It was a nice touch. the hotel grounds feature a beautiful garden with heated swimming pools. the private beach also offered a relaxing experience.
The gym only has limited hours. That was inconvenient.

run-down furniture unclean bathroom
The room I received needed some serious updating. Furniture seemed run down, and the cushions had a musty smell. I also found the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. That affected my overall impression.

juice selection fruit selection hidden charge humiliating situation
the breakfast had a large selection of juices and fruits. chefs prepared dishes on request. the staff displayed consistently friendly and smiling service.
i asked for a towel at the beach bar. this situation felt humiliating and unwelcome to me. the towel lady raised her voice at me when paying, asking for the number of people. then she refused to validate my receipt. i will not be back

private beach helpful receptionist excellent variety
The private beach access was a definite highlight. ahmad at the reception was helpful and very gentle. breakfast offered an excellent variety. I loved all those options.
The room decor felt a little outdated. It could benefit from some modernization.
